The three-round template
Round 1 — Aptitude + basics
Time complexity intuition, SQL joins, REST verbs, simple pseudocode.
Round 2 — Live coding
Fix a buggy function or implement map/filter on arrays. Talk while you type.
Round 3 — Project defense
Auth flow, schema choices, what you would refactor with two more weeks.
